The room we rented on January 16 - 17 # 310 was freezing when we arrived since there is no forced air system in that hotel (only an HVAC unit for the individual rooms), the phone in the room did not work, the phone in the hallway did not work, one of the lights in the bedroom did not work, the shower only ran lukewarm water, the hair dryer barely worked as well, the sheets were dirty and as a result I got an eye infection which I am now taking an antibiotic for, the room was not even cleaned, the juice machine in the hotel lobby dining area was out of order, the ice machine and "market place" vending machines on the 3rd floor were also out of order! In addition, they have the abominable nerve to charge $10 per day for parking and didn't notify us prior to our stay!
I attempted to discuss these matters with their front desk clerk. He said that, "He would take care of it." When we returned to the room on the 16th after dinner, our room was barely warm enough to be comfortable and we had the heating on the highest setting for over 90 minutes which we set setting for over 90 minutes which we set before leaving for dinner! This front desk clerk never offered to put us in another room, did not provide us with a space heater and did not have his cleaning people clean the room (the bathroom sink handle was filthy, the light switches were also very dirty (there was a gross, sticky substance on them which I can only guess is either sexual bodily fluids or sexual lubricants!
