Parking was good. Hotel appears to be going through a renovation. I had a non smoking room however the entire floor that i was staying on smelled like smoke. They need to enforce their non smoking policy. The cigarette smoke smell is my only complaint. Everything else was fine.

I do not know of any hot tub. There was an outdoor pool of some kind, however, the weather was far too cool to be out in it. There was a terrible odor from the moment I stepped into the building. The elevator was a bit too small for my liking. The condition of the room was very poor. The staff were polite. It would not ever be my choice of environments ever and I would not recommend anyone to stay there. The positive side of this is the facility is in the process of renovating part of the building.

Front desk was great but our was dirty so we were moved to another room. That room was okay but the floor was filthy. The amenities are great and it’s a good location but they need to clean the hotel.

The first room had mouse traps with peanut butter on it. There was blue sticky stuff and hair all over the sheet and mold by the ac unit. Lots of damage. Moved to a different room and was woken up by a mouse digging in my stuff. Talked to management the next morning and they moved me rooms again. Toilet ended up not working and flooded everywhere. They were going to move us rooms for a 4th time but I checked out and went somewhere else. Lots of damage in every room. Smelled like weed and cigarettes. Staff was really nice though.

About thirty minutes after getting to my room, I went into the bathroom and sit down, and almost ended up in the bathtub. The toilette was not connected to the floor. The bathroom floor was completely flooded. I went down to the front desk and reported it. They didn't offer another room, and didn't have anyone available to come up and check it out. Their solution was to give me a handful of towels to sop it up with. I put them on the floor and, when I checked an hour later, they were floating on the floor. Water was still coming out. I went down to the desk again, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I was on the third floor, and had to use the public restroom in the lobby for my stay. They told me the next morning that I would be compensated $10 for not having access to my bathroom. I expected a full refund, and I believe anyone else would expect the same. It's been 10 days, and they still haven't even refunded the $10. I would have given them one star, but the continental breakfast was above average. I guess if I want a full refund, I should at least pay for the breakfast. I've stayed here before, so I guess I'm just disappointed with their resolution. No bathroom, no shower should equal no charge. Thanks for letting me vent a bit

The front-desk staff was very nice (Heather and Mark?). When I went to take a shower the water wouldn’t shut off and they had to move me to another room. The water leaked into my friend’s room next door so they had to move him to another room as well. While I was moving my stuff I came back into my old room and a member of housekeeping was going through my bags. She said she was looking for the room key. Staff should never touch guest bags without permission! When my friend got his new room the heat didn’t work and the room was freezing (it was 20 degrees outside). Again, most of the staff was nice and a portion of my bill was comped, but I won’t be staying there again. The property is in desperate need to maintenance.

You get what you pay for

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was dated and the a/c unit was mangled but it worked. Definitely a no frills hotel. Very close to hospital so everytime an ambulance went through you heard it. Also on a very busy intersection. If you want a quiet hotel this is not for you.
