Beautiful pool area, friendly staff and nice food. The rooms are comfortable and it’s a good location just outside of busy Patong. There is a free shuttle service to Bangala Road and Kamala beach is only a short taxi ride away

Property is good but needs more maintenance, location is excellent. 5 star i would rate for the lady with 👓 at the reception as she goes above of anything to help out and she has been wonderful to me. Staff at the restaurant are shocking with their ignorance as i am a female solo traveller and every single one of them ignored serving me. So many people work at this resort needs training as customer service is terrible.. pool is beautiful and very clean.

Our room was a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen facilities, but had no hot water, nothing to clean the dishes, hygiene needs to improve, we were sick for six days with vomiting and diarrhoea. The shower over the bath was a hand held one, water would be all over the floor by the time you were finished. The cleaners would forget to give us a bath mat. The pool area was lovely.

The property has a beautiful view of Patong Beach. It is right on the beach with balcony and in a quiet location. The things i did not like about this property is cleanliness of the room and shower and the food. The shower smells very bad and the room was very dusty. They did not clean the room. Also, they served the same food for breakfast and did not throw away the food that were spoil which caused me to have a bad case of food poison. I would not stay at the hotel again. I had to take medication

Hotel room Room 4301 Comfortable quiet room. You can tell it’s old but I still liked the layout. Cold shower- the temperature never stays the same temperature warm cold warm cold. Never hot! The aircon in bedroom worked well but the aircon in kitchen/lounge blows warm air? Pool hall could be a great space, but there was no lights, one pool stick as the others were broken and ceiling leaking. Stairs, so many and the room numbers are confusing as were the lifts at each end of the hotel. Gym- Out of three treadmills one worked Don’t rate the breakfast ended up sticking with bacon and eggs as some guests were using their hands to serve their food. But this may be an insecurity of mine as I have had food poisoning before at a hotel breakfast in another Asian country. No smart tv with English channels lamp shades probably need replacing Paint coming off wall on top of the aircon in bedroom Compliments the reception staff that got the doctor in when our boy fell ill. He ended up in hospital for three nights of our stay.

The servicing of the rooms, the towels were a disgusting grey color (should have been white) only had 2 towels no hand towels or face washers. no mini bar or milk to have with a coffee. The surrounds were untidy and dirty.

Resort was well located with easy access to Patong and tourist sites. Check in was very poor but later reception staff were helpful. Toilet leaked when flushed, shower temperature was too hot then cold and not consistent. Power shut off at least 4 times during our stay (1week) and TV reception was not consistent with HBO channel often not available. Air conditioner overflowed spilling water all over the floor - but was rapidly repaired once reported. Suggest a regular timetable for shuttle bus which is advertised to guests rather than sitting and waiting until the next one came along. Also a folder in the room with instructions for how to use TV, lights, telephone and information about the resort and facilities.
