Do not book if you value sleep. The bed is very uncomfortable. It is rock hard platform. The apartment was not as clean. Be sure to purchase extra toilet paper for the apartment. Otherwise the location is great. The two bed room and living area was spacious for my family of four. Would not book here again only because of the uncomfortable bed. Also the check in process is not smooth. Preferred if property manager provided the apartment access sooner than waiting in the lobby to be contacted.

It was quiet. landlord very responsive. many local stores and market and food stalls at a walking distance. the famous be thanh market is also a walking distance if u like walking. less than 10 mins walk to Bui vien Street "Western Street" for a vibrant nightlife and a sleepless spot for tourist. so many many places to go nearby cafe apartment not too far either and many many many more. so in my experience it was a pleasant stay and perfect location for those visiting hcmc district 1⭐️
