Windowless room with horrible ventilation. It's a comparably cheap room in an expensive area. I don't mind not having a window, but then a room needs very good ventilation via HVAC or something. The room I had felt truly suffocating, and even with an open door to the corridor, would barely get any fresh air. That said, the staff was friendly & the room was cleaned diligently every day.

Quarto é muito simples, com um pequeno ventilador que não melhora a temperatura. E as paredes são bem sujas e a cama bem dura. Mas a região é maravilhosa, os recepcionistas são muito simpáticos, e é bem perto da praia. Eu amei o lugar e pelo valor está incrível tudo

It sounded like a party in the hallways every night, throughout the night. There was two nights I didn't wake up from all the noise. The doors are very thin, you will hear everything in the hallway. The walls are dirty, the door was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. It's cheap and you get what you pay for. I wouldn't suggest this location.

Room full of flies, no water, ZERO refund.

We booked AND PAID 4 nights. We checked in, rooms run down and insects everywhere. They had no water in the building when we arrived. So no shower, no toilet, nothing. Nobody mentioned when we checked in!!! And nobody could tell how long the problem will last. So we went to another hotel. We got ZERO refund even so we didn´t stay a single night at the place.

Worst place to stay in Sea Point

It was awful! Smelly, dirty room, very noisy, pillows are like rocks,TV did not work. I complained, the front desk just said it is what it is!

I had sent two separate emails asking Inn & Out Express, to cancel my booking (well in advance) as I had accidentally booked the wrong date(s). On both occasions, my emails were ignored! I am appalled that both my emails were brushed aside. Not only is the appalling customer service, but it also has highlighted that the establishment lacks any decency. Moreover, by ignoring my email’s Inn & Out Express, have shown me that they lack the showing of politeness in one’s attitude and behaviour towards its customers. Next time have the common courtesy to reply to an email from a customer. Outrageous ‘customer service.’ I paid for a hotel, that I didn’t even stay in, all because nobody bothered to make contact, unsatisfactory service!
