The staff was attentive to all of my complaints. The downstairs bedroom was bunk beds only and separated from the top of the house. So, it would not be a good idea for little children but if teens or adults wanted quiet time, it would be a great getaway. Decor was lovely but looks like may need some attention as some items were broken. The place was pretty clean for the most part. We didn't really touch anything except for the bathrooms and beds and the beds slept well. The bathrooms are snug so prepare. One of the sinks is tiny off if the kitchen. You have to maneuver to brush your teeth. I think personally for all the shortcomings I could list for the place it truly pales in comparison to the sound of the ocean all day and night and the neighborhood as well as the view. Even though it is situated 3 streets from the water, you can still sit on the porch and view the ocean from the balcony. Also, when you have such an experience with the ocean, there is no need to spend much time in the room anyway. None the less, there were plenty of beds and lots of seating.
