We had a lobely triple med room overlooking the pool. Service was very good. Hotel exceeded expectations, main pool area is alot better than we thought looks recently renovated. Really ennoyed our stay. Triple room was very spacious and modern. Also memory foam pillows were so comfy!

Wir waren im Oktober 13 Tage vor Ort und hatten lediglich das Frühstück inkludiert: Zunächst das Positive: Das Hotel ist äußerst modern und sauber. Wir haben uns in den Zimmern durchweg wohl gefühlt. Hier und da könnte es vielleicht eine Steckdose oder einen Kleiderhaken mehr geben, aber das möchte ich gar nicht auf die Goldwaage legen. Das Reinigungspersonal ist äußerst freundlich gewesen und seinen Job wirklich ernst genommen. Top! Beim Service im Allgemeinen könnte allerdings noch nachgesteuert werden. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der Saison da waren, aber sowohl beim Frühstück als auch am Pool blieb benutztes Geschirr leider sehr lang ungeachtet vom Personal stehen. Das war auch keine Momentaufnahme, sondern zog sich die vollen zwei Wochen so durch. Beim Frühstück wurde vieles nicht aufgefüllt oder nicht gesehen, bspw. Mineralwasser, sauberes Geschirr und Speisen im Allgemeinen. Alles Dinge über die man hinwegsehen könnte, aber wer mit 5 Sternen wirbt, muss meiner Meinung nach auch 5 Sterne liefern. Sport und Wellness-Fans werden enttäuscht werden. Das mit inbegriffene Fitnessstudio reicht für Cardiotraining und das ist auch in Ordnung so, weil nicht mehr versprochen wird. Wirklich sauber sind die Geräte jedoch nicht. Der Wellness-Bereich ist für 10 EUR pro Person pro Stunde! dann allerdings der Gipfel der Enttäuschung. Der Preis ist leider völlig überzogen. Das Hotel lässt sich Allgemeinen viel extra berechnen und wird 5 Sternen meistens nicht gerecht.

Veldig fint og rent hotell. Var der en uke og det var fantastisk! Rommet var fint og rent. Frokosten var god, men ganske dyr. Kostet også penger å være på skyloungen, så ble kun stranda på oss. Likevel er det absolutt verdt å ta turen hit!

Piscine rooftop payante.

Très bel hôtel, moderne et rénové. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel après avoir vue les photos de la piscine rooftop qui semblait incroyable. Très déçu à l’arrivée de se voir refusé l’accès à cette piscine. Elle est payante et très chère: 20 euros par personne et par jour. Un scandale que ce ne soit pas écrit sur le site Hôtels.com. C’est même l’inverse, c’était indiqué « l’accès est compris dans les frais de l’établissement ». Même en montrant cette mention sur mon téléphone, l’accueil nous refuse l’accès. Très décevant. Elle n’est gratuite pour les suites.

Parkmöglichkeiten in Umgebung schlecht und im Hotel nur gegen Aufpreis möglich. Auch die Nutzung der Dachterasse nur gegen Aufpreis möglich. Der Aufpreis war meiner Meinung nach übertrieben teuer und die Dachterasse sollte zumindestens im Hotelpreis enthalten sein

Nous avons passés 2 magnifiques nuits dans cet hôtel pour la toute 1ère, fois je le recommande. Les chambres très bien équipées, décoration au top, buffet aussi.
