Bra hotell til god pris

Flott hotell for en god pris. Bra beliggenhet med tanke på Haram moskeen. Gå avstand fra Haram, men relativt lang bakke. Gikk på 15 minutter ca. Går også gratis buss som kun tar noen få minutter, eller drosje for maks 20 SAR. Store og renslige rom. Kan anbefales.

Overbooked

I have left message for property at booking time that our flight is at night time so we will arriving between 1am to 3am that's why we booked a room a day before so room will be ready but they have no room available and hotel was overbooked. Receptionist was new on duty and no idea. He said we have booking for tonight but my manager thinks we are not coming so he gave to someone else. We have to leave out luggage and left for Umrah . They've given room next day in afternoon.

3stjerner ikke mer. Ifht avstanden er det helt og. Kort vei med taxi . 1,5 min kjøretur unna. Room service var gjerrige ifht utdeling av håndklær og tom dorull. Frokosten var ok . Kunne har bedret ifht drikke utvalg .

**Disappointing Experience - Poor Housekeeping and Rude Staff** I stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite requesting housekeeping multiple times, my room was only cleaned once during my entire stay! I complained for three consecutive days, and nothing was done. When the cleaners finally did come, they were extremely rude, especially the staff on the 13th floor. I expect basic services like regular room cleaning to be handled without having to chase the staff repeatedly. This level of neglect and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I won't be staying here again.

It’s a 20 min walk to/from the Al Haram with parts of it being downhill/uphill. The room and bathroom was clean. We just couldn’t figure out how to charge our phones. The WiFi only works in the rooms.

We were waiting for our luggage to be delivered and we asked the front staff if any luggage arrived. They scoffed at my son saying no and sent him away rudely. I had to pay to taxi all the way to Jeddah airport and back just to find out that our luggage arrived in the morning. When I my son to tell the front desk the young man once again rudely sent him away and I had to talk to him in the phone until he understood. We finally found our luggage no thanks to them. Absolutely horrible customer service and hospitality. Also the location is on a hill for anyone wondering so I would not recommend it for anyone who struggles to walk long distances.
