Clean and well maintained… food is fresh and well presented and drinks and options are great if you opt for the drinks package. only gripe is no a la carte restaurant with menu choices. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable et parlait un peu français. L’hôtel est très bien situé et nous avons apprécié la piscine et la plage privée et le parking privé et gratuit. Informationen vid incheckningen var undermålig, inget mineralvatten som välkomst eller heller i minibaren för den delen. Rostiga utemöbler på balkongen. Maten var inte alls god, alla satt packade som sardiner i matsalen och vid frukosten plockades inte smutsig disk bort. Körsbäret på toppen var när allt vatten stängdes av en kväll i hela hotellet och man fick ingen ursäkt, information eller kompensation. Det som var bra var en ren och fin strand på området och att städningen var snabb och toppen. Lever inte upp till ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, det har definitivt sett sina bästa dagar.

In generale tutto buono, cibo ottimo, animazione simpatica, bel mare, l unica pecca era la nostra camera la numero 115, un po'datata e pulita non perfettamente, polvere sul letto, sotto il letto trovata una pillola sconosciuta, capello sul water, formiche che vivevano in camera con noi, dovrebbero almeno disinfestare. Oltre la camera che non ci è piaciuta x questi motivi tutto il resto è stato molto bello...

buona struttura con mare,piscina e ristorante raggiungibili con pochi passi. Animazione presente con numeroso staff ma non invadente. buono il miniclub. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Ottimo il mangiare con pochissima fila per le pietanze. Per le serate a tema ho visto di meglio ma ci stavano. La camera me le aspettavo meglio ma tutto sommato andava bene. Il parcheggio a pagamento anche no, si sono persi per pochi euro.

Ottimo con un paio di pecche

Vorrei segnalare due problemi che ha l'hotel. Il primo è la puzza di fogna che di sera il vento spinge verso l'area altalene, che sarebbe essenziale per il gioco serale dei bimbi, proveniente credo dall'impianto di depurazione dell'hotel. Il secondo è la rumorosità della sala ristorante, misurata col mio fonometro fra 78 e ben 87 decibel, quando la sala è affollata. Sicuramente dei tecnici possono migliorare entrambe le cose con le appropriate soluzioni. Per il resto tutto ok, in particolare eccellenti i pasti e dolci offerti in abbondanza. In sintesi ottima struttura se si hanno figli di almeno tre anni da affidare all'animazione. Consigliabile la sera girare nei dintorni, a Ostuni, Cisternino, Alberobello, ecc. , bambini permettendo.

Albergo e complesso attorno ben tenuto. Anche i servizi offerti sono validi. La zona (Torre Canne) non è entusiasmante. Il cibo è nella media. Le stanze sono ben tenute e abbastanza grandi. Piscina sottodimensionata per il numero di avventori dell'hotel. Sulla spiaggia forse gli ombrelloni sono troppo vicini l'uno all'altro. Nel complesso una bella vacanza. P.S. Per la direzione. Tutti all'arrivo non trovano la reception. Forse un cartello in più non guasterebbe. ;)
