Great location in terms of distance to haram. The hotel is great for group umrah travelers & low budget families. The state of the hotel & room is actually very good for these kinds of hotels which are 2-3 star hotels. You get everything you need for these budget hotels and shouldnt expect more. However, The cleanliness of the room could be improved for sure. Not many emnities, but it has a small fridge which is handy. The distance to the haram is only 8-10 mins walk, and along the way there's all sorts of food shops. 4 mins walk to the jabal omar shopping complexes. Staff is super friendly and will do anything for you.

The hotel is very close to the mosque but highly unkept. Very dirty, fruit flies flying in the washroom. No room and house keeping. The entrance is very dirty as well.

I being elderly person tried to book with premium price for its proximity to Haram. But Services rendred are below the acceptable grade, on duty supervisor Bilal very ill mannered rude person. Didn't help in early check-in. He literally tried to throw me out with my bag..Even after check-in time, had to wait more than an hour to get room..Horrible experience
