This was our first visit to Punta de Mita. We are so happy we chose Ancora, it was perfect! The space was fabulous, we loved our deck & the rooftop infinity pool & view from the amazing restaurant! Great stay at Ancora!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! We were greeted by the friendly, Carlos, who helped us before and during our stay with a restaurant reservation, suggestions and new towels. The location relative to Punta de Mita was great: water view with easy walking access to all restaurants and activities but not in the center of it all, so it was quiet at night. There were 2 full bathrooms and the king bed was of memory foam and very comfortable. I'd highly recommend staying here!

The Ancora is still adding finishing touches to the property as it is a new hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The Ancora is also close to restaurants and public beach. Some of the people in my group enjoyed the surfing near by.

Ancora 10/10!

Ancora is awesome! They just opened so we were a bit worried that they might not be ready for guests but they were and we felt so welcomed. The location is perfect - rooms have great views of the ocean and the rooftop pool and bar is next level with great views of the ocean. It’s easy to scope out whether or not the waves are good, and if they are it’s just a quick walk to the two main surf spots in Punta Mita. The room is huge and has two bathrooms, a kitchen, and great amenities. We can’t wait to come back.

Very nice condo, nice place to stay but very noisy very early in the morning with the boats and workers. Our flight was delayed by one day due to weather conditions and Ancora was not willing to reimburse me for that day even though we called as soon as our flight was delayed and Expedia also tried to help me with my situation with no success

Hotel muy lindo

El hotel está súper lindo y con vista al mar, con muchos restaurantes cerca, el único pero que le pondría es que no cuentan con desayuno y no tiene playa propia, por lo demás 10/10

tuve que estar encerrado en el departamento todo el día por qué la terraza y alberca estaba en reparación, nunca tuvieron la decencia de avisarme, pedí un descuento y me dijeron que la tarifa ya lo incluía (aunque hubiera habido 60% de descuento me hubiera quedado ahí sin alberca) no pude hacer nada en mis vacaciones

No servia la alberca, que la estaban arreglando, y no me avisaron cuanfo reserve. aun no terminan varios lugares como las escaleras que bajan a la playa, no tiene el area de playa bonito, no tuvimos agua caliente al bañarnos,, el aire acondicionado de la sala olia mal, El departamentos nuevo y los muebles nuevos todo eso bien estaba agusto solo les faltan detalles para que este bien.
