We had a great stay at the looking glass. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We just got in from a cruise and the room was clean, comfortable and made it easy to relax. The location wasn’t very far from the port or the airport. We really felt we were able to enjoy a part of Puerto Rico without all the crowds while being able to eat some great food at the local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was super nice. The room was much smaller than the pictures but the bathroom was quite large. Be ready to climb lots of stairs. Rooms on 2nd thru 4th floor are stairs only. The toilet paper situation should have been described when booking. I would have liked the insight of the plumbing before our stay so i could have made an informed choice. The area around the hotel is growing.
