Recently returned from a stay at the K33 Boutique Apartments. The check in process went well, and this was all done by what's app. We stayed on the third floor, which was a massive inconvenience as the lift was broke. We had to carry our suitcases up three flights of stairs, and given the heights of the ceilings in the appartements, this was quite a task. Once in the appartement, we noticed a smell of sewage coming from the sink and shower. When we tried to log on to the wi-fi, the network that they instructed us to use was not visible. After breakfast we wanted to dry the items that we had used after washing them, but there was no tea towel. There wasn't a hand towel in the bathroom. We were supplied with one roll of toilet paper for two people for a three night stay. When I contacted them via what's app, I get a very quick initial response (which may have been generated by an AI bot?) apologising and telling me that they would look into some of the issues, but that they do not own the building, so the lift was not their responsibility. I have contacted them again since asking for a partial refund, and after telling me these matters usually take a couple of working days to respond to, have not heard anything back and it has been nearly two weeks since our stay. They are now not even reading my what's apps. I am extremely disappointed by the radio silence from this company regarding my stay.

Apartment was clean, kitchen was not equiped for basics that you need to prepare food. Tv and WiFi didn't work. Reported to staff on the first day and informed someone would look at it but never come to look or fix it. Apartment is in a good location for exploring the city be mindful that they are on the 3rd floor and lift does not work

Ficamos por 9 dias no apartamento K33D1 que é grande, chuveiro bom, cama confortável mas, faltam utensílios básicaos como: cafeteira, copos, pano de prato. E o pior: o elevador não funcionou nenhum dia, escada perigosa cheia de neve escorregadia, lixo nos corredores. Aquecimento faltou e o ar condicionado não dava conta por dois dias e a luz também faltou. A historia é sempre a mesma: amanhâ a manutenção vai tentar resolver e não resolveu.

We were there December and January and there was no heat. Also no wifi and no working elevator. I contacted staff daily to make them aware of the situation but I think I was corresponding with a bot. Despite promises that maintenance was aware of the situation, nothing was fixed (for three days). Orbitz was of no help in getting a refund. Do not book this accommodation.

Rummet var iskallt då dem hade öppnat fönstret i badrummet för att släppa ut den fruktansvärd avloppslukten! När vi stängde fönstret gick värmen upp en grad men lukten blev 1000 gånger värre så vi kunde inte ens förvara vårt bagage i lägenheten.

Hi Already made a compliant regarding the stay. No keys as promised , have to and got the emergency key to open the door. no breakfast for three days , filthy place, broken windiw, no toiletries provided.K33 gave alternate accommation afyer long hsul standing in the cold for 4 hours, which was a tiny box. Tricked me giving the same accommation sending different poctures.9

Room was fine, clean and warm. We were on the top floor with no lift access - 100 steps (I counted) with two heavy suitcases was a challenge! Also, had 2 towels for the week - we asked for more and it took days to deliver and they were thin and small. It said one change per stay but we didn’t have this. The balcony where the bed is looks good on the pictures but it has a low ceiling and I banged my head multiple times. Very low ceiling suitable for 4ft people. Good location but felt a bit creepy in the entrance way. Had to get key card from a separate location 10 minutes away, arriving at 11pm then seeing this message wasn’t a great start. Cheap and cheerful. Better if you’re only staying a few nights not a full week.

L'appartamento nonostante fosse spazioso, non era molto curato, segni di usura e non troppo pulito. Il condominio era piuttosto malandato, muri scrostati e escrementi di piccioni sui ballatoi. Non è stato comodo fare il check in, nonostante avessi caricato tutte le info sull'app comunque siamo dovuti passare per la reception a 20 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Quando potevano farci trovare la chiave di casa in un looker tramite combinazione. Buon potenziale, ma c'è da lavorare.

Unterkunft für sich war ordentlich und bequem, es war nur sehr heiß in der Wohnung und die Heizung konnte man nicht drosseln. Das Problematische simd Check-in und -out - man muss cs. 25 Minuten zu Fuß und den Schlüssel zu holen und abzugeben. Und darüber ist man vor der Buchung nicht informiert. Daher rate ich von dieser Ferienwohnung eher ab.

Picking up the key card from a location that’s over a 20 minute walk away is not ideal, there is a cleaning fee included in the cost. However, when we got there the smell of the bathroom was horrific, hair and dirt on floors, mould in cupboards and when using the air con all night we found mould/dust in the morning which had fell out of it and onto the kitchen counter, signifies this hasn’t had any maintenance in quite a while and we generally always woke up feeling ill.

El apartamento es precio, es limpio y con todas las comodidades en cocina, baño y salón. El personal de la oficina es muy atento y te guardan el equipaje el día que llegas y al hacer el check out si lo necesitarás. Está ubicado en el barrio judío pero muy cerca de la calle principal junto a la Ópera, sin duda un acierto. El ascensor no funciona y el edifico es sucio y antiguo pero como todos en Budapest.

The logistics for accessing the key are very poor, as we have to go to another location where the reception is, making it difficult to access the apartment for those arriving from a trip. The apartment has an intense bad smell coming from the bathroom plumbing. There are not enough towels or toilet paper. A payment was made for a service to welcome the birthday girl, but the concierge did not carry out the decoration along with all the requested items. We requested a refund but have not yet received a response. The couch had a burn mark or tear mark from another previous guest.

Apartment was on second floor and although it was a little small it was clean and in a relatively central area. We only had 2 towels for our whole stay, no hand towel or tea towel, so this needs to be improved. Yes there are bins in the bottom stairwell but people live in the apartments so you would expect a bin store, there was no smell from the bins. The fact that we had a 25 minute walk to collect the key to access the property was not acceptable, we were not aware of this when we booked and probably would have chosen an alternative property as this did take extra time when we were only staying for 48 hours and took us out of our way, the lady at the reception wasn’t very helpful at all. Overall apartment was fine for what we needed but having to collect a key 25 minutes away wasn’t acceptable.

Összességében szép szállás, 1-2 apróság hiányzott

Az szállás tiszta, szép volt, de nem volt kávéfőző, se forraló, ami manapság alap felszereltség kellene legyen. A matrac a vendégeinknek túl puha, az ágy alacsony volt, ami egyéni preferencia igaz, de mégis kellemetlen. A házban a tartózkodásuk alatt nem működött a lift és így nehézkes volt nekik több emeletet megmászni minden nap. Összességében nem volt rossz a szálláshely, viszont a fent említetteken érdemes lenne változtatni, hogy az ár-érték aránynak megfeleljen.
