I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall comfort and organization. The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The restaurant hospitality was outstanding, and the breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each day. The quality of the food truly exceeded my expectations. The bus service to Mecca was very well organized, punctual, and convenient, making travel easy and stress-free. Transportation back and forth between Mecca and the hotel was smooth and reliable. If you are doing umrah, this place is amazing and would be a great opportunity. Shuttle service to Haram is reliable, and managers and staff provided reputable service! Believe me on that one. Also their food is really good, more expensive than outside but the quality of buffet is variety is good.
