Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The staff at Ocean Drive were extremely friendly and helpful. They got us checked in quickly, gave us a map of the city with some suggestions for things to see/do, and even booked us tickets for the Alcazar and Catedral. Our room was cleaned well and comfortable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sevilla.

Dishonest business practices and a disappointing hotel. The hotel charged me for my stay three days in advance, misusing the credit card I gave as a guarantee to charge the full value of my stay. This is not what I agreed to and is a dishonest practice that Expedia lets the hotel get away with. My "superior balcony room" was microscopic, at most about 150 square feet. No closet. No bathroom. The sink and shower were in the same room as the bed. There was nowhere other than the bed to sit. Between the dishonest charges and the misrepresented room, this hotel deserves zero stars and a big red warning label. Avoid this place like the plague.
