The only hotel in town.
This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10.
1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. A few hours later things were settled.
2- They did not know that my reservation was for 3 days so each day the room key was deactivated, I cannot get into my room and had to go back to reception desk to re-activate the key.
3- The main electric outlet was broken so TV, fridge, telephone cannot be used.
4- On the third day a cockroach was found in the bathroom (see pictures) I killed it and flushed down the toilet!
5- Included breakfast was only 1 of 5 choices of Vietnamese soup. You order the evening before and they go out to buy it and brought it back for you. Coffee must be paid aside.
