REY hotel was very comfortable for our 5 day stay in Hanoi. The hotel is walkable to all the best eating spots in the Old quarter and the hustle and bustle of the Vietnam streets. The hotel itself is also very modern and clean. Bao Linh -GSA was also very helpful in recommending a delicious traditional Vietnamese restaurant and providing assistance throughout our stay.

Areas for improvement: music from hallways always audible from room, in room safe not attached to anything, weeklong stay and housekeeping never vacuumed our floor, laundry service was sloppy (clothing damp and very wrinkled, including dry cleaning)
