Great location and spotless room

Great stay, rooms are spotless and very friendly and helpful staff. Would be great if they could add a mini-bar to the room and a coffee maker but restaurants are quite close so it wasn’t an issue.

A gem of a hotel!

Beautiful new hotel, in a great location that was very clean and quiet. The reception staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing that would have made it better was if they offered coffee in the morning.

Increíble estancia, el hotel está súper lindo, las habitaciones con excelente espacio, camas cómodas, solo mejoraría las almohadas que son muy altas. Excelente ubicación y gran servicio, me hospedaría de nuevo sin dudarlo. No hay suficiente estacionamiento pero fuera del mismo hay parquímetro.

Good overall.

The hotel was clean overall. The staff are very kind. There is outside seating in the garden. The rooms are spacious. The hot water was plenty in the shower. The location is great; walking distance to downtown. These are the ups. The downs are: *The towels are rough so I recommend bringing your own *The room we stayed in had two twin beds so they're not big enough especially if you sleep with an infant *The pillows smelled a bit which bothered me * The beds are very firm. So if you like soft or medium bed, you might be disappointed. *The Internet is extremely slow. If you watch Netflix you will see the pixels instead of faces.

Me dieron un trato muy amable y una excelente atención en lo que necesite, mi única recomendación sería que utilicen otro tipo de calentadores para el agua, porque tarda en calentarse y se desperdicia mucho. Por lo demás está todo muy bien ☺️🙌

La propiedad es nueva y está bien ubicada a unas cuadras del centro de Tlaxcala. El problema real es el personal de recepción que no tiene ningún sentido de hospitalidad y servicio. Te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor al recibirte y se muestran con encono. El establecimiento carece de cafetería y estacionamiento. Aunque éramos un grupo de 4 habitaciones, tuvimos que prácticamente “rogar” por un par de lugares de estacionamiento que estaban disponibles en la propiedad y solo después de 4 horas nos permitieron aparcar en el hotel, aunque estaba prácticamente vacío y fuimos los primeros en llegar. Una de las habitaciones se encontraba sucia y con polvo visible en todo el piso y a la hora de pedir que se limpiara se mostraron molestos aunque después de un par de horas los hicieron. Las habitaciones del piso superior son muy calientes y carecen de aire acondicionado. El lugar es bonito pero no nos sentimos bienvenidos!
