The hotel is very well located within 5 minutes from Ximending MRT and with many shops and restaurants around. The room is a bit small, but clean with all the necessary amenities. The only downside is the noise during the weekend if you're a light sleeper.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was treated in an unwelcoming way- when I asked for tooth brushes the receptionist looked rather annoyed and her attitude made me feel bad. And then I looked for an iron and an iron board from the reception, she gave me a hostile look and didn't seem helpful at all. I would absolutely not recommended my friends to stay at this hotel in the future

Clean, modern small room. It would have been nearly PERFECT if it had a window. The Expedia listing DID NOT MENTION that there was no window in the room (or most rooms in this hotel)! Expedia REALLY should mention this -- having a window is an important feature, and I've had this problem before in another country. If there's no window, it would be nice to have one of the lamps that simulates the light from the sun rising. They're not very expensive. It would also be nice to have a better place to set luggage and maybe some drawers. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was excellent except that snacks were left on some days but not others. Location is fabulous ... Just a few minutes walk to MRT and Red House. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind not having a window.

Good on paper but not what you expect.

Walls were paper thin so any noise outside the room was very clear. Room was generally clean for the obvious parts but was dirty at the places like toilet roll cover and toilet flusher cover. The material of the hangers make it seem like it was very dirty/dusty. The design of the shower area was very poor as water get splashed to the toilet seat area while showering making it very wet. The floor does not dry after returning back to the room. Location was quite good, outside of the noisy busy shopping district. One of night there was a crazy loud water dripping sound as if a pipe burst, it was so noisy making hard to sleep.
