So bad. So so bad. Avoid at all costs. My buddy and I had 2 rooms for the night. Rooms smelt strongly of cheap cleaning products and cigarettes. Faucets were rusted and falling off the wall. Shower was full of mold and mildew. Floor heavily stained and there was a dead fly on the bed. We left shortly after checking in and found another hotel to stay at for the night. (Clarks) The manager did not like us telling him we were leaving and dismissed us with a wave of his hand and flick of his wrist 😂.
Expedia was useless in obtaining us a refund. Apparently the hotel has to approve the refund and these guys just ignored the phone calls and email so they still get paid. What a joke. After being pestered for 2 weeks Expedia finally gave me credit for the costs of the rooms. Not a refund but better than nothing. Unfortunately it means I have to book with Expedia again but one more trip should be fine. In conclusion this place sucks. Go to Clarks, the Hyatt, or Marriott and save yourself from having to get a tetanus shot.
