We did get a visit from a property manager which was very nice and appreciated. It was good in general but we found cigarette butts on the floor below the couch, one big screw on the carpet (we have a baby so it was dangerous) the kitchen could use more stuff as it was not well equipped and unfortunately we also did not have hot water for the last two days of the stay…

Great 2 bedroom apartment (renovated fairly recently) was excellent. Its locality was wonderful (close to the town area). Its a pity that they had such a difficult check-in process - in the end the only way to check-in was to download theur app (website check-in didn't seem to work) and even then we couldn't check-in until we had scanned all 3 passports (for all 3 of us staying in apartment).

We had a great stay at this Budapest apartment! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. The apartment itself is a bit on the small side, but it is very well distributed and makes excellent use of the space. The absolute highlight of our stay was the super friendly hosts. Following our check-out, they gave us great recommendations for the next legs of our road trip, which we appreciated so much! The only minor downside is that the kitchen is a bit short on utensils but the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Budapest!

Great place to stay with location and amenities. The only issues I found were the bed was stiff and springy and the trash can was quite small, other than that you can’t beat the location for this price it’s truly amazing and the host is so communicative, he did an amazing job

I don’t think I’ve ever given anything a 1-star review, but the lack of care, communication, and follow-through we experienced warranted it. The apartment itself was nice and in good condition for our family of 3 (2 parents + toddler), but the hot water situation significantly impacted our stay. Our first night we had ice-cold water. We assumed we had missed a switch, but were told the boiler was on and to wait 2–3 hours for it to reheat. It never did. With a toddler and a very pregnant mom, regular showers were essential, especially in the summer. Instead, we spent the week heating pots of water and using a cup to bathe—like before indoor plumbing. It was incredibly difficult and frustrating. When we reported the issue again and requested a partial refund, we were told we’d receive 30%, but that refund never came. On our final night, they also offered to move us, but moving a fully unpacked family with a toddler for one night, to a different location requiring a taxi, was simply not realistic. The frustrating part is that I likely would have given this stay 4–5 stars otherwise. The apartment was good; the communication and lack of follow-through were not. Afterward, I found other reviews mentioning the same hot-water issue, which makes it especially disappointing. Had this been disclosed beforehand, we could have booked elsewhere or at least prepared for it. I hope future guests are made aware and that this is properly addressed.

God beliggenhed, men dårlig kommunikationsmetode

Location good. But, communicating with office didn’t work, had to call and wait to get instructions to enter property no hot water for 2 days. Curtains are not wide. Cant sleep. Exhaust fan dirty. Messy entrance. Worst is BQA uses a chat bot to respond and didn’t fix anything or try to compensate for issues. Not sufficient utensils to cook. Shower stall is very tight to get into.
Mess in entrance area every day.
Not cleaned well. See dirt in bathroom exhaust
Missing a curtain pane.
Shower stall is so narrow that hard to get in with the door that goes inward and plumbing was leaky

Nice clean apartment with enough space with kitchen, I personally did not cook here so I did not check their utensils. No reception, you communicate through WhatsApp only or regular calls which cost money. This is a test of patience apartment. To get to the room, you have to download an app. It will take a lot of time to check in as the app doesn't work properly. App always malfunction. I got a lot of problems just opening the door, when you just want to enter your room at late night and go to sleep and your door doesn't open and have to wait for the receptionist to reply through WhatsApp to send you a code again and again, and still the door doesn't open. No one will come to help, although they said they have another apartments with reception nearby, no one will come to help you open your door. Cold room especially in the night, with thin blanket. There were 2 heaters and a thermostat but none are working. Informed the receptionist through WhatsApp before 11am, lied to me in the afternoon that they fixed it, only to find out at 8:25pm that nothing was done. (I have screenshots of the conversation) Offered me a different room at around 10pm and the same problem, heating system not working. Compensation was done through Expedia. Wasted a lot of time calling, writing and complaining. So if you want all this stress, go ahead and book this apartment.

Veldig god beliggenhet midt i byen. Fin og moderne leilighet. Minuset var at det var kun lagt frem 1 håndkle per person og vi skulle ha leiligheten fredag-mandag. Air condition anlegget fungerte ikke så det ble grusomt varmt i leiligheten.
