The breakfast was good for a vegetarian, not so if you expect to eat meat and the allergen information was only in German and structured in a way that made it impossible to understand, while the personnel were also unable to give a proper overview of the allogens. The room was a bit dusty. The personnel at the reception was nice and effective. It’s located outside the city centre but that works well since the metro station was super near the hotel. The frequency of the train was also great, and there were also some good non-touristy-restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.

The location was outside of the city center. It’s a very basic hotel, no frills but it was clean and spacious, modern, efficient. Good for families as we had bunk beds. The complimentary breakfast was fine, it did the job. No ice machine and we couldn’t bring our breakfast up to our room. Sunday was a bit crowded but still fine. It was right at the train station so it was very convenient to go to the city center.

Our stay at H2 Hotel Wien Schönbrunn was average. The hotel seems better suited for backpackers or budget travelers, as our room included bunk beds rather than a more traditional hotel setup. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. However, the air conditioning did not work properly—it only made noise without cooling the room, which was a major disappointment during the warm European summer. The staff was generally not very welcoming, and our worst experience was with a staff member in the restaurant, who was quite rude when we tried to get water from the dispenser. Better customer service and properly functioning air conditioning would significantly improve the guest experience.

Breakfast has good variety. Location is right next to the metro station. There is a gigantic Pilar in the room. It's ugly and takes a lot of space. A room like this should be mentioned in the description and offered at a discount. Privacy is also awful. There is no bathroom door. You have a high chance of being seen by your roommate when stepping out of the shower. The direction on Expedia is also wrong. It doesn't take you to the hotel if you follow it on Google map.

Room was clean & comfortable, the open plan nature meant there was a lack of privacy when showering and drying. I was sharing a twin room with a friend, not family. The breakfast was good. Same every day, but enough choice. There was a scram for the pastries as these disappeared quickly and were not replaced. Staff were polite and helpful. The underground was 10 paces from the main door out onto the street, we used this to go to various tourist sites. Overall really pleasant, easy to get around from, so location was great.
