Lovely convienient hotel needs a bit of up keep but certainly 9k for a night or too. Comfy bed, other guests were a bit inconsiderate but thats nit the hotels fault wouls stay again

Wouldn’t stay in a OYO Apart hotel again. Roku remote wouldn't working so I ended up downloading an app so I could control the tv. No tea/coffee milk sachets etc, considering a kettle was provided we found that surprising. We purchased some items at the shop for tea in the morning, and then discovered the kettle didn’t work!!! Went to the shared kitchen instead and no kettle in there either! Also the shouting, swearing and arguing coming from another room at 5am made our stay even less enjoyable and disturbed our sleep. Also the mattress on the single bed was so noisy with the springs that it could have done with being replaced. Having staff onsite may have solved all these issues. Despite me messaging twice regarding all the issues, I’ve had no response. Very poor! Needless to say I won’t stay again.
