Customer service suck!!! Clean Room
Front reception needs to learn how to greet guest. They’re the first person to represent the business, should be greeted with a smile and hello. It’s free to be nice. Each time I approach the desk which was only twice, once to check in and last to check out. The same chick don’t greet/speak with a hello, you have to speak first no good morning, how was your stay, do you need anything etc. she need to work on her customer service because that alone would make me think twice about staying there. The room was very clean(loved this)beds are not comfortable though and the smell in the hallway was TERRIBLE!!!!!!
