We were very disappointed with our stay at Eaton. Upon arrival, the apartment was in unacceptable condition—bedsheets and towels were stained, and the floors, cupboards, and bathroom had clearly not been properly cleaned.
We reached out to the property manager, Osman, who offered a quick 20-minute cleaning, which was not sufficient given the level of dirt and disrepair. And after a long day of travelling all we wanted to do was relax. We asked for a refund, as the condition of the property did not match what was advertised. Unfortunately, the property manager declined and did not adequately address or resolve our concerns. We did not feel comfortable staying and ultimately chose to leave.
The guest service experience was also very poor. When we tried to express our concerns, Osman was confrontational—raising his voice and speaking over us rather than listening or trying to help.
This was the most disappointing accommodation experience I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.
