The staff is amazing! Polite, courteous and Pamela is the best. Rooms are very clean, the hotel is close to the tube and walking is within range of many restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

We just left after a week at Voco on our first trip to Europe, and I knew right from check in that we'd enjoy our stay, and it didn't disappoint! The staff were so friendly... one member even hugged us when we left! I had seen comments that people said the rooms were small and could only access the bed on one side. This was not our experience at all. Yes, certainly more compact than North American rooms, but we had plenty of room and our bed was high enough to store our suitcases underneath which was a real plus. The rooms and spaces were very clean and modern. With a bus stop in front of the door, and the Edgeware Rd station just across the street on the other side of the small block, it was ideal for getting everywhere we wanted to go. I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend to any of our friends and family to do the same!

Arrivée chaotique. On nous donne les cartes d'accès à la chambre mais celleci n'est pas prête... on attend dans le couloir mais au bout de 10min on nous dit qu'il y a un problème dans la salle de bain. Le ménage quotidien est loin d'être irréprochable. La couette est juste remise en place, pas bordée correctement.... la salle de bain restera dans l'état d'utilisation, seules les serviettes sont changées et les traces de doigts sur la chasse chromée seront essuyés. Le sol n'est pas du tout fait chaque jour. Les cheveux restent par terre dans la salle de bain et dans la douche. Il nous a été attribué une chambre avec salle de bain PMR mais n'avons pas de besoin de ce côté-là, donc nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un mini-lavabo à hauteur des genoux : très pratique pour le mal au dos. La douche avec le siège PMR très encombrant pour nous qui n'en avions pas besoin. Et pour couronner le tout chambre en face de l'ascenseur d'où les autres clients sortaient a toutes heures en discutant fort dans les couloirs sans respect pour ceux qui dorment... Décus.
