Excellent hotel, great value and distance to new extension of haram is about 10-15 min walk, but to walk to Mataf area is an additional 10-15 mins. Rooms are decent size and staff attentive. Breakfast is good and varied . Near to local shops and across the road from Bin Laden mosque. No gym, which is only disappointment. Great value and highly recommend.
