10/10 Excellent

For the price, this place was amazing. There were a lot of families staying at the time we were. It gave a “camp ground feel” where everyone just hung out together. It was awesome and we will definitely be back.

The breakfast is great! Hopefully you will meet Ireena. She’s in charge of the breakfast and boy is she doing a great job!!! Madi at the front desk is great too!!!

8/10 Good

Average breakfast. Enough room for 6 people. Front room has smart TV for Netflix, etc. Bedroom TV’s very basic Direct TV. Overall good experience. Couldn’t check in until 7pm. Good price for the room.
Donald, 6-night trip

Husain, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Parking is tight for bigger vehicles, super crew pickups and duallies. Room smelled like disinfection solution.

The Expedia app mis-guided with in-house kitchen. The property manager said , Mitch is not an option with Standard queen room.
NARENDRA, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Air did not work in first room and no one at front desk to get a different room. We had to sleep first night with no air. It was miserable! We did switch rooms for second night, but we were ready to switch hotels. They did not offer to refund our money so we could do that. Would not recommend or stay here again!
Tasha, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Location was good. TV was fuzzy had to wiggle cord every time we wanted to watch. Plumbing was loose in the bathtub a sink.
Lois, 2-night trip

I have stayed here several times. Everyone is always so friendly. It's very convenient for my disabled mother to get to our room.

Convenient
STEVEN, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Tried to check in - no room. Overbooked. Sent us to a “sister” motel. Truly terrible. Branson was maxed out due to a Jeep convention- no other option. Room smelled horrible- cigarettes. Right by stairs. Will give credit to front desk lady. Very kind. All in all - a huge Zero. Super disappointing.,
Mark, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

False Advertisement and Unbearable Conditions I booked this stay based on the photos and reviews, expecting a clean and comfortable space like the ones featured. Unfortunately, what I walked into was nothing like what was advertised. The room had an unbearable smell that made it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. Within 20 minutes of checking in, I decided to check out—it was that bad. The experience did not match the expectations set by the listing at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Janel, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

They are very nice , they serve a hot breakfast and offer a free night after 6 night stay.bhowever there is a better parking issue. The toilet was slow.to flush. The small refrigerator and microwave is convenient
Veronica, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Door was broken. Toilet didn’t flush, just filthy. We ended up going somewhere else
Kendal, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Pictures are deceiving online. Room are like the 70’s, mattresses are wore out and sunk in the middle, shower head is too low even for myself at 5’5” tall. Towels were missing and asked for more and never showed up. No wash cloths either. They had 1 person in the morning doing breakfast and no one at the desk for check out. Breakfast very limited choices. New guy at check in was great but the lady training him was rude to him in front of us. Acted irritated with him. She would start helping us and then interrupt him when he was on the phone. He didn’t ask her for help and his answers were correct. I felt she was rude to the customers she was helping making them wait in her while she belittled him. Rooms were supposed to be western themed and were not. Will not stay here again.
Brenda Sue, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The rate was amazing. But the ice machine didn't work and there were no blankets on the bed which was strange. Super friendly.
DeAnna, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Room smells clean. Room need a lot of cosmetic attention. Asked for trash can at building entrance to be emptied it was full and smelled they never emptied it. Now its over flowing. 12 hours latter. Dining tables not clean watch staff wipe edge of tables with stained dirty looking rag. Never wiped entire table. She also put fresh milk into to old milk. Cross contamination. Sausage gravy is pepper gravy with sausage patties in it. She also dumped fresh sausage gravy into old sausage gravy from a bowl. Hot tub is non existent has rotten looking wood platform in its place..Staff said its broken. I heard someone say it was like that last time they were her.
Neighbor window covering
Broken a appliance setting out.
Grass clippings around pool

Nice people... definitely a budget hotel. No big problems... just needs total renovation, new towels and linens
1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Hardly any towels, remote hardly worked, fridge not plugged in, lamps not plugged in, outlets for phone chargers needed, water didn’t drain in tub, floor got wet from shower, no eggs in breakfast bar or fruit or yogurt
Tim, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

We got double charged. We paid for the room when were made the reservation and we're charged again upon arrival. Rude staff and management. I do not recommend.
Rick, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Don’t stay here! First of all they accepted the reservation and upon arrival they didn’t even have the room. How this is even happening I don’t know unless Expedia is not monitoring well enough. They put us in a terrible room with only one bed not the two we reserved. The room was so humid everything felt wet and it was full of flies. The couch was supposed to be a sleeper sofa and it was not. They had no linens for it and tried to give us a pillow that looked like it came out of a dumpster and a child sized blanket. They had no extra towels and expected us to bring the towels for the pool back after use and not taking them to our room. The room smelled musty and it was not clean nor did housekeeping clean during our stay. None of the lamps in the room worked nor did the fridge. The one good thing was the pool which was a salt water. And I have to say the check in staff was nice but I got the vibe from the very beginning that they were used to the complaints which were many from everyone we talked to. The compensation they offered was a free night if we return…you’re kidding right.
Hope, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The front desk person had no clue what she was doing. They were not gonna give me my deposit back. They charged my card over nine times thank goodness those charges got blocked. The lady in the office tried arguing with me and telling me I paid 40 something to stay the night that was not true. I paid $58 and some cents through Expedia. I even sent her a receipt. She still wanted to continue arguing with me over the phone about it. The rooms were very dirty. It’s like they had not washed their towels. There’s hair all over their beds. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling in.
