Only thing I didn't like was the parking part was a bit close together and a hair bit confusing on the location but we found it and was nicely greeted immediately with the workers to make sure we were welcomed and comfortable. But other than that a fabulous place to be, people were super nice, it was quiet and clean and close to a locally convenient Walmart just down the road bit and an awesome Restaurant called B-Rays highly recommend, place was not too bad on the price for being by Lake Texoma!

The room smelled heavily of smoke, even the linens were smoke infused. We thought we were renting a small cabin, instead it was a room in small motel. We were assigned a room upstairs and my husband and I cannot do stairs due to knee surgeries. We asked for room downstairs and was given one for the night, the said we dont have downstairs for the second night. People above were very noisy. No onsite personnel. Uneven surfaces getting in and out to walk on...parking is iffy.
