Great stay in the heart of Mardin

It was a wonderful stay in magnificent Mardin and in a well decorated old stone house called “konak” in Turkish. The room was very comfy and the staff were bery kind and helpful. The breakfast was also so authentic and delicious. If you are family of 4 or 5 people, I really recommend you to stay here. It is walking distamcr to the heart of Mardin.

Great service and location

Nu and the staff were so helpful from the moment we checked in explaining all of the areas we should visit in Mardin. The breakfasts were yummy and each of the staff were very service oriented. The room was clean and well maintained. Perfect hotel to walk the main area of Mardin. Enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings overlooking Mardin. Mardin is a magical place and we hope to visit again.

Hôtel is just situated in the old city. The hotel owner is nice. The room is amazing. Breakfast is also good. The terrace of the hotel could see the view of the old city

Odamız güzel ve temiz olup odanın şartları gayet yeterli. Tek eleştirim kahvaltı malzemelerine yönelik olacak. Daha kaliteli ürünler olabilirdi. Otelin hem sessiz hem de merkezi bir konumu var. Gezilecek yerlere çok yakın. Ayrıca çok yakınında kapalı bir otopark olması avantaj. Orada yer olmazsa şehrin girişindeki otoparka da yürüme mesafesi yormuyor. Bir daha Mardin ziyareti yapsak tercih edeceğim bir otel olur.

This is an old nostalgic place to stay. You feel you are leaving in early years of that part of world. We certainly enjoyed staying in this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, which was very close to many historical places, shopping and dinning. Only minor issue was the hotel needs minor touches and pay more attention in cleanness. And also, parking was challenging due to the narrow streets, but there is not much can be done, because the old city was constructed like that thousand years ago. We will certainly consider staying there again,

Mardin merkezde vasat bir otel

Eski Mardin’in merkezinde konaktan bozma bir otel. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak fiyat/performans olarak iyi değil maalesef. Daha uygun fiyata daha kaliteli oteller de vardı. Bir daha Mardin ‘e gitsem bu otelde kalmam mümkün görünmüyor.

Friendly staff and comfortable mansion.

The only matter with the mansion is houskeeping, the room is not cleaned on daily basis but on request, otherwise i trully enjoyed my stay and will stay in this mansion if i visit mardin again and shall recommend it to friends. Staff are very helpfull specially Mr. Ismail at the reception

Otel temiz ve düzenliydi. Ama herseyden daha dikkat çekici olan otel çalışanlarının alakası ve misafirperverligiydi. Otel görevlisi Zeyn arkadasimiz çok sevimli ve düzgün bir genç. Otel tarihi bir alanda olduğu için dar ve tek yönlü bir sokak. Bu nedenle park yeri için her telefonumuzda yardıma geldi. Otel içerisinde de evimizde gibi hissetirdi. Başta Zeyn olmak üzere tüm çalışanlari ile otel sahibi çok şanslı diye düşündük 😊 Oteli konumu ve temizliği çok iyiydi.

Maalesef memnun kalmadik.

Mir Odada kaldik. Odanin tuvaleti oda dışındaydı ve tuvalete ait kapi cok dardi, hic kullanisli degildi. Otelin hemen onundeki restoranda cuma ve cumartesi gunleri sira gecesi yapıldığı icin gece 12'ye kadar cok yuksek sesle muzik geliyordu. Genel olarak memnun kalmadigimiz bir konaklama oldu. Odada dolap olmamasi da bir diger sorundu. Otel daha cok pansiyon havasinda isletiliyor gibiydi.
