The property and the room were so nice, very clean, I’m assuming new because everything looked great. However, when we arrived, the front desk rep was taking awhile, clicking away on the computer and we could tell something was wrong. My husband asked what was going on and she said our room was given away and already checked in. So that was frustrating. I wish she would have just quickly corrected it instead of making us stand there and wait to ask what was happening with our booking. After fixing it in the system she warned us that the keys might not work. That did not sit right with us since we were already tired and frustrated. The situation could have been handled differently. Overall, the property was great, but maybe more training for front staff reps in difficult situations.
