Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast, clean rooms , good location, nice view from balconies, reasonably priced spa. There is a night shift staff member called Osama who goes above and beyond to help, he personally drove me to the pharmacy to get some travel sickness medicine late in the night. This place was great - I stayed here before and after a trip to Petra and the staff kindly kept my luggage safe in between. Location is close to the bus station and abut 40 mins easy walk to the Citadel. Breakfast was varied and dinner was also good. The spa downstairs is a nice touch

The incredible staff make this hotel a 10/10! We booked an airport pickup/drop-off service for an additional charge, and it was absolutely worth it. The drivers were extremely friendly and provided great advice on exploring the city. The hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk to King Abdullah Mosque and a 5-10 minute drive to the old city downtown. I highly recommend booking the hotel's drivers not only for airport transfers but also for sightseeing. The team was incredibly helpful in getting us to all of our destinations. (Thank you to Umar, Ibrahem and the team!) We even had a last-minute issue where we needed to extend our stay, but the hotel was fully booked. The manager personally took us to his office and recommended similar accommodations nearby, ensuring we were taken care of. Overall, a fantastic stay at Kaya Hotel—I highly recommend it! I will definitely stay here if I return to Jordan.

Our room had no slippers and Iron. It was noisy every night due to an ongoing washing machine or generator. We had difficulty sleeping as the walls were very thin and you can hear noises from next room and talking. The TV didn't work properly. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days and bins were not taken out. Heating took a long time to heat the room. Received phone calls from reception everyday which was annoying as we just needed to rest. No gluten free bread provided during breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive. Beds were very comfortable. Warm breakfast was nice. Would have been better if they offered yogurt or fruits during breakfast for Coeliacs. Lots of pastries but nothing for Gluten free. Spa downstairs was very nice. I had access to a Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Womens only! My back massage was fantastic. Sabreen was a great maseuse.
