For a small motel, the place was pretty decent, especially for the price. It was pretty quiet, easy to get to, and the lady up front is very friendly. The rooms were comfortable to relax in after 12 hours of work.

Best place to stay in the area!

I have stayed here many times for business trips. The rooms are always clean. The AC works great. All rooms include a ceiling fan as well, which unexpected but nice. You also feel very safe and the other guests seem to be people passing through for work or business trips as well. The husband and wife that own and operate the motel are very kind and always accommodating. This is my go-to place to stay any time I am in the area. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Union City.

Lobby was dark and locked at 10:30p check in. Waited outside, ringing bell for service several times before someone appeared. They did not have my reservation. I had to show them in my phone and the rate. Room was clean, but while property very dated. Bed was comfortable enough, but they had a queen flat sheet on a king bed, so it didn't really cover 2 people. We were told a "simple" breakfast was toast/butter, waffle, yogurt and coffee. We did not choose to participate. Hotel is near a busy 4 lane highway, so truck traffic was audible. Fortunately, we were just interested in a good night's sleep and not amenities.
