We would like to sincerely thank the hotel for this wonderful experience! We only stayed for one night, but we had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location of the hotel is excellent — close to the metro and easily accessible from the city. I was living in Qatar previously and this time went to Qatar for a shopping trip. Sherao hotel was the best stay I choose. Clean, safe, and conveniently located. The only negative part was that their internet services were bad and inconsistent causing my remote meeting delays.

凌晨到酒店，checkin 完成拿門咭回房間，但我訂是雙床房，他們說已經沒有了，沒辦法，唯有進房間，後發現床鋪凌亂，還有同一門咭放在枱上，洗手間門鎖上，馬上退出，回lobby投訴，他們自己都不知原因，後來換另一個房間，說Upgrade一間有客廳的，但坦白說給我都沒用，我們只睡4小時😭😭
