No invoice
This hotel is in a good location & I had an ok stay (although it’s very noisy) until the end when the woman doing check outs was completely dismissive of people and wouldn’t provide an invoice printout. I’ve since emailed the hotel and no reply.
An fyi that there are extra service charges at this hotel.
Apparently you get a $25 credit back if you eat/drink at Kiln but is that true? You wouldn’t know because they won’t give you the invoice.
I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.
