Completely overrated

It’s not worth the money. The bathroom and especially the shower were full of mold. The service was good but the personnel are instructed to tell us all the fines we would get if we didn’t follow the rules while checking in. Not quite a “warm welcome”.

La atención y amabilidad del personal, especialmente a Rosi y Fhaim que tenían nuestra habitación impecable. La habitación muy amplia y con una cama comodísima, y las vistas desde el balcón a la bahía de Labuan un espectáculo. El desayuno, tanto para llevar como para tomar en el hotel muy bueno y abundante. Hay un súper en el propio hotel con muy buenos precios y donde puedes adquirir de todo, la gente local también compra en él. Tiene una piscina con pool bar y música abierta hasta las 10 p.m. con vistas a la bahía 😍

We received a very warm welcome, but were then informed about a number of things we were not allowed to do in the room. To our great delight, we were upgraded to the suite on the 8th floor, which was very spacious and offered a sensational view. Very nice and large pool with swim-up bar. The staff were extremely friendly, whether housekeeping (Rosi and Teresa) or the waiters at the pool or in the restaurant. Unfortunately, several items from the menu were not available. The breakfast was very Asian-oriented and unfortunately not vegan-friendly. The supermarket on the first floor of the hotel was a real plus. The location is very good, close to the airport and close to the restaurants and stores in town.

The hotel is really nice… the swimming pool is the best part. Excellent view and the bar right in there. The room was spacious and from previous reviews we thought the bathroom would be small, but not at all. The only 2 bad things are the internet that drops every 2 minutes and the menu options are very poor. And the food is not really good and expensive for what it is, we even got upset stomach after eating.

Great and convenient location for the hotel. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Very friendly staff, specially Aldo who was our driver to pick us up at the airport and check us in. It also has supermarket and pharmacy. Breakfast is another great feature.

I liked that we had an interior room and could not hear 0430 prayers. The pool took our breath away. Food at the pool was good. At breakfast they should pay more attention to when items are gone. I left some trays open on a few different days so they could see they were empty and they just closed them.

Below expectation

Thw Hotel is disappointing, there were few points deserves a comment. Internet doesnt work, I stayed two nights: first before the island boat tour and onother night after. Two different rooms on different floors, neither I had internet connection. Hot water wasn't available also and the bathroom very small. The small room doesn’t have windows, but lots of mosquitos and no eletronic repelent. Breakfast place has an amazing view, but omelet station doesn't take note, therefore, very unorganized and difficult to get your order.

Es handelt sich um ein etwas erhöht liegendes, relativ neues größeres Gebäude. Mein Zimmer 630 ist sehr hell und gewährt einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Man ist in ca. 10 bis 15 Min. zu Fuß am Hafen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und bietet auch frische Eierspeisen. Der leckere 😋 Cappuccino wird separat berechnet. Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch an der Rezeption oder auch der Zimmerservice ist stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Fazit: kommen wieder

Worst hotel and service I’ve ever had Check-in: Basically gave me my room key and no discussion about meals, amenities or anything about the hotel. They had a sign for a welcome drink, did not receive that. Hotel: The hotel is in poor condition, dirty, the pool is rough, the odor is of cigarette smoke permanently imbedded in every corner. Room: My room looked similar to the photos online but just decrepit. My bed sheets were COVERED IN BLACK HAIRS and debris. It was absolutely disgusting. There was something every couple of inches. I don’t think they washed them and left them on there from the last guest. I asked for a new sheet so that I could sleep in the sheet like a sleeping bag and I wore long sleeved shirt and pants so none of my skin was touching anything. I slept on a towel for my head, hope that was clean. I reserved their shuttle to the airport for 75,000 and they refused to let me go on it until they checked my room to see if they needed to charge me for anything. They sent housekeeping up there and I was shown a photo of a towel with a lipstick smudge on it. They said we have to charge you. i asked how much and they just made up an arbitrary amount of 50,000. Now the only reason I paid is because I didn’t have time to argue because I needed to get to the airport. But this is about principle, you don’t provide me with clean sheets but you expect me to pay for a dirty towel? This place is petty, dirty, terrible customer service. DON’T RECOMMEND
