Small hotel, but still clean and modern. It’s great place to live if you plan to do excursions during the day, but still want a decent fresh room at night. The biggest down side was that the pool area gets shadow in the afternoon an evening.

This hotel was nice, room was clean and inviting. Sadly, due to heavy rain, you could smell the mold or something that wasn't very nice. But that was in the open area as the corridors had no window/wall to one side.
The breakfast was nice, fruits, eggs with ham or chorizo or vegetable (or all in one), bread (and you could get more if you ask), coffee, tea or water.
The location is close to both the public beaches and the ruins. We had a van, and although we had to park public, nothing happened to it, so I would say it is a calm area.
The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, was safe and walkable to many restaurants and shops and supermarket across the street. Street parking was always available.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to see the sights. My only complaint would be the hotel is located on a busy road with lots of noise. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Property felt safe and secure. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was bad and breakfast could have included some various condiments, but was otherwise decent for an included deal.

The hotel itself in terms of the lobby, pool and breakfast area is fine especially for a short term stay. The issue was our room. We were given room #3 on the ground floor. No windows in the room and the bathroom smelled like sewer. The bathroom had one tiny window and when we opened it we were hit was an even worse overwhelming smell of sewage. It looked like there was a pipe emptying there and brown water, likely sewage, everywhere. Truly disgusting. Thankfully we were there for only one night but if you do book this hotel for any amount of time, avoid this room at all costs.

Great experience
My stay was great! My room was ready early. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, I forgot a charger and they were more than happy to assist. Room was very cute and the diffuser was on when I walked in. Very relaxing. Breakfast is included which is great! Hotel is also across the street from a supermarket and close to a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants.

This is a hidden gem in Tulum. Excellent staff. Zen vibes. Every detail with an artistic touch. Great water pressure. Very clean. Very safe part of town. Next to Supermarket! The best bang for the buck in Tulum.

Nice Hotel - but not our kind of “Namaste”!
This is a nice hotel- hard to see the entrance from the street - even the taxi driver was not sure of its location. I have VERY mixed feelings about this hotel. It looked Very clean but two things that stood out - the fitted bed sheet was stained with what looked to be blood (apparently the wash didn’t take it out) and the electric kettle was quite rusted inside. The staff was apologetic for the dirty sheet and we were given another room (it had two full beds and not the king that we had in the other room). I forgot to mention the rust issue but I hope they get this feedback and look into it.

The property needs some basic attention. However for the price it was worth it. A couple of things to note. They need to clean the bathroom drains. The first room I was checked into was stinky. The smell was coming from the drains. The second room was better but the drains in the shower and sink were slow and made the bathroom smelly. But not the room. Clean the drains! I didn’t try the breakfast included. Across the street is a nice cafe with good coffee and breakfast items. Lastly, I only saw two rooms but it appeared that most rooms have no windows or a small column window by the front door. I’ve never experienced a windowless hotel before. I wouldn’t stay, again.

The room was nice and clean, however some of the towels/bath mat had seen better days - ripped. The staff were helpful and the breakfast provided a good start to the day.
