This is a motel of last resorts. They never empt the trash or offered us clean towels in 3 nights of our stay. The surroundings were sketchy. Workers loitered outside their rooms even made cat calls at my wife. I’m so happy to be down the road and away from there. Never staying there

This was my second stay at this motel and probably my last. The only reason is because of the lack of hot water. I let the faucet run for a bit and the water never got hot. I should’ve checked it before anything and maybe I could have gotten a refund because each room draws water from the same source. Lesson learned.

I am still waiting to hear back from Hotels.com! Never stay here! My room was flooded, it took me over 10 minutes to get the front desk to answer either the room phone or my cell phone. Once it did happen, it was like I was the one that made the Flood. The plumber that showed up to fix it had the biggest attitude and I had nothing to do with the Flood. When I questioned his attitude with the front desk, all hail broke loose. I ended up not staying there, even though they offered another room. And, as of this moment, I still had to pay for my room that I never got to sleep in! So, Hotels.com, if you could, please reach out to me I would appreciate it

Need a major upgrade. With all the money they make from all the refinery workers to stay there, they should have already remodeled the whole place. Beds are old restrooms need upgrading. Just overall need to upgrade everything. They make a killing in that hotel. On another note our room wasn’t even cleaned when we got it. They need new house keepers.

Overpriced for condition

The stay was fine but the room was not very clean. Trash left in trash cans, clothes left by previous hotel guests. The toilet ran all night long I had to turn it off at the wall. The floors were very dirty as well. The bed was comfortable and it had hot water and a fridge.

Misleading

Water was shut off for over an hour. Pictures are misleading, wifi does not reach the room. towels were dirty, shower had opened soap on shelves. Security bar was broken, safety rail on 2nd floor is not secure. They are currently under construction. Nobody would answer phone during the day.

First, Expedia said this is a pet friendly hotel . They do not allow pets so please change that on your website. This is an ok spot for one night and the price. In our room the carpet was very worn, needs paint and has some water damage . It was pretty clean. The property is undergoing a big renovation so they are working to make it better. Hot water was luke warm. Everything else in borger was 100.00 plus so it was worth the minor inconveniences to save some money. McDonald's in the parking lot so that was nice to grab a quick breakfast . If you like all the bells and whistles this is not your place. I'd stay there again.
