Our stay in Kyoto at this hotel was great overall. Lots of space and bigger beds than what we experienced in Tokyo. Breakfast was good, all of the amenities were great, and staff were all very friendly. The only critique I have is that there isn’t a drying machine. I assumed that when they listed they have a washing machine, a dryer is included. We had to dry our clothes in the shower room which they have this drying system but it’s not very good. They said it would take 1 hour for T-shirts and a bit longer for sweaters. It took us 12hrs and we still had to use the hairdryer for some of the damp clothes. I wish they would get a few dryers for the hotel.
