Great location and kind staff in the front desk. However, there is barely a kitchen in the room as advertised. There is no pans so the stove is useless. There is a sink but with no water running, it’s useless. Only a microwave and a fridge is working. Also, even though there are staff at the desk, all guests must fill out an online form before arrival. I believe I filled it out 3 times with the site crashing every time. It takes about 30 minutes to fill out with everything from job description, to face recognition. All communication with this company is AI controlled and we found it impossible to get in contact with a real person. It’s just an AI loop of communication on their WhatsApp as well.

The check-in process was annoying and it didn't work. We kept having to go back to reception anyway for them to work around the glitches. The building smelled pretty bad overall, and the bed was AWFUL. We both woke up in pain many times throughout the night. The password to enter the bedroom didn't work, so we were locked out of our room for a bit after we had just arrived from a long trip. Staff was friendly and did all they could, but I still wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.

Não foi informado, durante a reserva, que as limpezas seriam pagas, fora a parte da diária. O check-in é um pouco burocrático, leva-se muito tempo no balcão para liberação da acomodação. E o andar que fiquei estava um pouco barulhento, principalmente, com conversas entre os funcionários pela manhã. Entretanto, as acomodações são muito confortáveis, a localização é excelente e tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

Cozinha com Cooktop 1 boca de indução, microondas e utensílios como pratos, talheres e copos. Não possui panela, precisa alugar na recepção. Ferro também precisa alugar. O quarto possui instalações novas e estava limpo e pode, mas na conta com limpeza diária (o que já é informado na reserva). A cozinha possui utensílios domésticos, manos panela apesar de ter fogão, frigobar e microondas. A localização é excelente, no início da Paulista, onde se tema acesso à lojas, restaurantes, metrô e cultura diversa. O único ponto negativo durante a estadia foi a internet que praticamente não funcionou dentro do quarto.
