Den angeworbenen Wellness Bereich ist nur Nutzbar mit Zusatzkosten! Dies hat uns sehr geärgert! Parkmöglichkeiten viel zu gering auch nur mit Zusatzkosten! An der Rezeption der Chalets, als wir die Kurtaxe bezahlt haben, sind wir uns vorgekommen als Mensch zweiter Klasse, da der Chalet Nutzer komplett gefragt wurde: Hat alles gepasst? Waren Sie zufrieden? Eine gute Heimreise. Bei uns gar nichts!

Was macht man wenn man kein Smartphone hat oder der Akku leer ist?- man schläft im Freien. Das ausgewiesene Wellness-Angebot findet leider zum größten Teil, deutlich aufpreispflichtig, in einer anderen Location statt. Etwas mehr Bescheidenheit in der Beschreibung wäre besser. Für den Preis habe ich deutlich Besseres gesehen. Das Personal nett und die Unterkunft neu

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Der Self-Check in war easy, die Zimmer großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Über die App, die man auch zum Check-In nutzt, bekommt man alle Infos, die man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht riesig, aber dafür vielseitig und gut. Es gab sogar Milch- & Joghurt-Alternativen (Hafer, Soja), Top! Im Hotel gibt es keine Rezeption/Personal (außer beim Frühstück und da war jeder sehr nett), man kann sich aber an die Nachbar-Hotels wenden, die helfen gerne weiter. Wir haben es zwar nicht ausprobiert, man kann aber sogar das Spa Angebot des Panorama Hotels gegenüber nutzen.
