8/10 Very good

Very artsy and fun, colorful; nice industrial feel to building. Cozy rooms, priority is the artsiness over function for a lot of room amenities (furniture, space, dishes, room layout, etc., e.g., biggest space to set anything on was the coffee table, top of microwave and top of fridge). Great place to stay if that's what you like, and good food across the street @ Storybook Cafe.

We loved this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and there's incredible art everywhere in the hotel Design and all the things they added to the rooms were incredible cutest little kitchen, and an espresso machine with eco friendly pods.

Great hotel

Very nice condo type hotel room. Beautifully panted murals On the building and in each room in the hall. Had a nice little kitchenette set so you could prepare some meals. The bed was extremely comfortable and had nice air conditioning. I enjoyed my stay here very much will return.

Loved the eclectic nature of the building and rooms. Could have had a few extra amenities; toaster, Kleenex, info items such as coffee maker.. pick up pods..vs grounds. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others and return again.

So unique and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and the room was beautiful. I loved the retro touches in the kitchen! Location was outstanding, just a block from the art museum and the capitol mall area.

This property was a blast to stay in. Close to night life and the cultural and arts district. Rooms are small but well appointed so good for a night to two. If your here for a week itay be a challenge but doable with the luggage storage and the kitchenettes. The off site staff was awesome in communication and we had a fantastic stay. We will return when we need a place in this general area.

This room is absolutely worth the money. It was so clean, gorgeous and unique. We loved walking to a cafe for breakfast and a tapas bar for a late dinner (all details in the book in the room). There were complimentary coffee pods and water bottles in the hall. We would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity.

8/10 Very good

The property is very well kept and it is a work of art as it is covered in murals inside and out. It is conveniently a block away from Denver's major museums and close to the Capitol. I stayed two nights and while there was some street noise one night, my second night sleep was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had everything I needed. For the work I do in Denver I would stay here again.

One of our favorite travel stays ever!

Such a unique, beautiful, and comfortable property in a great location. Every room is decorated by a different local atrust and the entire building inside and out is full of fun art murals (don’t forget to check out the public spaces in the basement). Our room was gorgeous! Not to mention immaculately clean, with a super comfortable bed, and lots of thoughtful touches and amenities. Great communication from the host as well. Very safe neighborhood with walking distance to great restaurants, shops and museums. We had a perfect stay at The Acoma House, can’t wait to come back!

I already rated on Google but here is my review: What a great little spot! It's downtown, and next to a bunch of museums and stuff to do. We were easily able to get an Uber to a show we saw at Meow Wolf and then caught a bicycle taxi on the way back! It’s also right next to a historic building with beautiful architecture and history. Within that building, is the Schoolyard Beer Garden and cafe - great food, drinks and coffee! The room was comfortable and fairly quiet. As an added bonus, it was gorgeous with the artwork and decor! We had everything we needed in the room and more! On top of it, service was great – they communicated very swiftly when we ran into a snag with parking – NOTE: The website mentions discounted parking for the lot right next to the hotel, but that has been shutdown for reconstruction. We were still able to find parking in the lot across the street, but we did not get a discount (just in case this matters to you)…but they made up for it by allowing a noon checkout and just being a great place overall! I’d definitely stay there again.

Fabulous location and amazing property overall. If you’re interested in artistic expression and looking for something a little different this is the place for you. Definitely would stay again. Our room was adorable and fun to stay in. Coffee, water and other toiletries were topped up every day in the hall. Felt safe in the building Property can be a little noisy but they offer ear plugs. Parking wasn’t cheap but it was convenient.

Even though the price was a bit higher than I was looking for (just one night), I went ahead with booking since it looked cool and the artistic side of things--super inviting. My Mom was an artist and she would have LOVED staying here! So, for me, I travel a lot and can honestly say 5 stars across the board. For a boutique hotel style, they actually have decent amenities in the room. Bed was comfy, tv worked nicely, clean, etc. Again, the artistic flair with the murals and decor...loved it. Easy to find, easy to access with code and yes, a few extra dollars for parking, but the lot is right next door and my car was safe. Walkable area and not far from other attractions within city.
