I usually don't write any review but I thought I will write this one. The only advantage this hotel has, it is near the consulate. I reached in the night 10.00 pm as I travelled from Pune for my Visa interview. I wanted few printouts (3 were important and 5 was not that important but good to have). I was told that there are so many photocopy shops near by. I thought i will take the printouts in the morning as it was late and I was tired after a 10hrs journey. So the inside room story. AC was not working. Fan was working, so It was okay for me. In the morning, after switching the geyser for bath, I saw the shower was not working (It was drizzling). There was a bucket and mug. I turned the knob but it was like a hand wrestling. Eventually I was able to turn and took the bath using bucket. When I came down for print outs at 8.30 (My interview was at 9.15). I was told by the reception lady that all the near by photo copy shops will open only after 9.00 or 10.00 am. I requested her for the printouts and I said I am okay to pay. Her tone was as if, I have asked for something very big. She said the cost would be 5 Rs per printout and I was okay with that. But then also, she was in a complaint mode as If i am asking for free or if she has to do some big manual work. It was not a good morning and I was little late for my interview. I came back post interview & it was 10.05 am. I asked that same lady and she said breakfast is all over and nothing is left. So i checked out.

Overall great hotel with courteous staff, clean room and awesome breakfast. They provide luggage storage facility after check out. Bathroom was clean with toiletries, but size is bathroom is small.

Value for money.

We had a good stay, the location is good and the building is new. The staff is friendly. The only downside was AC sounded like a fan but cooled the room.

Well, I stayed for 5 nights on business in the Delux room. The room was dirty, and in spite of asking the staff to clean it they only cleaned it once in 6 days I was there. Water bottles are charged. The noise was disturbing. Even the staff make lot of noise at night. I found it difficult to sleep. The worst part was the breakfast, it was just namesake. I had to have coffee from a nearby hotel as the machine coffee was pathetic. And some days that was also not there as it was not working. Also, coffee is not available from room service. I could have got better accomodation for the price I paid from the other hotels at the same location. Room service was food was too oily. The reviews here are not accurate. There rooms are not gated and can be accessed by anyone. But they have surveillance cameras, hope it is working.

Property is very conveniently located 5 mins walking distance to the US Consulate. Check-in was quick, morning vegetarian breakfast buffett was healthy and quick. This is not a luxury hotel but a very convenient option. Only caveat is that the area around has a lot of cab drivers just lurking around and that makes it not feel as safe to walk around.
