Room stank of sewerage and they tried to mask it with a room deodoriser that stank almost as much. Had to open all possible windows in 30c heat in order not to dry retch from the smell.

I booked family room, as it was for five of us travelling, there was no AC or Fan in the rear section and no ventilation, we ended up sleeping in the heat, which made us sick. In addition, as per my booking Laundry Service was included, however when i asked staff that i want to use this service, I was told that Laundry is not for clients. Moreover, at the time of booking I requested a firm mattress if available, rather than just saying it wasn't available, Motel staff messaged me saying that they cannot go out and buy a new mattress for every single customer. My overall experience has been extremely poor.
