The property is tired and not well maintained. Towel racks were breaking as used, the sofa was filthy, furniture/rugs worn out, and the staff was completely disinterested. Wonderful location just steps from the Quinto Canto streets and easy walking distance to everything that you likely want to see in Palermo. Room was fine - nothing special, but overall clean. View was to interior courtyard, so not much to see. I felt safe which was important to me, and loved being in the heart of the old city.
