Gorgeous hotel and rooms, most comfortable bed and pillows, great location right across from venue. Only issue we had was the fridge didn’t work but we were moved to another room right away. Service was excellent and the room was huge. Comfortable bed, room was clean. The only issue was that you can hear every footstep the room above you takes. Our neighbors upstairs were racing back and forth well into the night, and then up again before 7:00. The handle in the shower came off and we couldn’t shut the water off. I also could not get the coffee pot lid shut in order to make a cup of coffee. I wanted to like this place but it was a struggle…

The staff was nice and helpful, and the room had clean sheets and towels, but the rest of the room had not been cleaned. The shower was dirty, the floors were dirty and the couch was super dirty and needed vacuumed. I had to clean the shower before I used it. My work peer had another room and he told me the same thing and that he just didn't shower because of how dirty it was. My other work peer had another room and said her couch was covered with dog hair. Other than that the room was pretty nice.
