It took 35 minutes of standing in line in the lobby to get checked in. Our first room was filthy dirty with leftover food in the fridge. Smelled awful. We were given a second room instead. We had another guest attempt to enter our room at 1130 pm with a card key, the door bolt stopped them. The poor front desk girl was frustrated but maintained her composure. She had to call the “manager” repeatedly for assistance, which never arrived. Noise levels outside the hotel were awful, even from the 4th floor. I would’ve given zero stars if I could. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not recommend.
