Everything was great . I had an amazing stay. The staff were very polite and helpful all the way from the time I arrived to departure . The rooms were great .. only issue was the bathrooms are a little tight and sometimes the hot water changes to extreme hot and cold while showering

Nice Hot Showers, spacious rooms and it’s a clean hotel, nice staff and a great selection at breakfast. The rooms had balconies (reception has to be contacted to unlock the door for your stay). Pool top floor. It’s a 10 min ride to Burg Khalifa by uber, and 15 mins to airport. I got the hotel to get me a cab to airport which was quick and easy. I had a number of suitcases and they take them from the car to your room and back, good service.

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are great , except the bathrooms are a little tight) . The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the food options are great. Breakfast had an amazing variety. What stood out was the service by 2 of the staff. First was Paul , we believe he is a manager. He stopped and asked us if we need Ed help as we waited for the front desk. We took a chance to see if the hotel may have a spare lanyard we could browse to save our phone for a trip. He went looking and got us one. The next person is Zeeshan. Zeeshan always has a smile on his face and very helpful at the restaurant.

Me and my husband stayed in the room with the waterfront balcony view. It was nothing short of stunning and amazing! The room was in perfect condition with all the amenities there from a coffee machine to internet with youtube on the tv. The room was in modern condition. I loved the beige tones. Room service was always on point. If there was one regret it was that we didn’t stay long enough!! This is our spot to come to in Dubai since everything was so convenient to us. Brilliant staff very friendly and always seconds away from helping.
