The flat was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view as I was on the 11th floor. My only complaint is that despite there being a kitchen, it was of little use as it had no equipment. No cooking facilities, no dishes or cutlery, not even the basics to make a cup of coffee in the morning.

Fiz reclamação para o proprietário e ele não respondeu. O ralo da pia do banheiro estava entupido de sujeira, a torneira do chuveiro estava solta e caiu no meu pé. Essa torneira, quando caiu, deixou ver que o interior estava cheio de lodo. A cama e os travesseiros estavam mal cheirosos, a segunda cama não tinha nenhuma colcha. A equipe que faria a limpeza no dia não apareceu. Tive que sair da unidade e me hospedar num quarto do hotel pois a unidade 109 estava muito ruim. Perdi 2 diárias que já havia pago ao site Hotels.com. Penso que a Hotels.com deve descredenciar o proprietário de sua base. A hospedagem foi realmente ruim
