The staff should be more friendly. When we asked for a map with attractions they provided an outdated map. Few days later we found out about a much better from Hop on Hop Off. Although we did not use Hop on Hop off they should let us know of the map. Breakfast was good.

As expected basic but comfortable and clean. Construction around the hotel making it noisy in the morning. Very economical parking however parking lot difficult to navigate with even mid size cars. Rooms did not have comforters .Very compact rooms and bathrooms. Staff however excellent and very helpful. Breakfast limited options but good quality. Good place to stay for a short sightseeing trip

Tobacco smell in the room

The hotel is modern, has nice facilities, including a gym a breakfast/bar/food service, and rooms are fair. However I had issues unfortunately, as I got to my room upon arrival it was smelling terrible like someone just smoked inside. I am a non smoker, for life! When I asked about a room change, i was told no other rooms were available, so I needed to sleep there. Had to take an anti-allergic so I could sleep, and still, my hair and clothes had a terrible smell the next day. Upon asking again next day for a change, I was finally rellocated. I was told the hotel is a non-smoking facility so I was surprised by the smell, like someone literally had just smoked in the room prior to my arrival. Anyone could have noticed that, so I am surprised I got assigned that terrible room in first place.

Café da manhã ótimo e variado. O hotel fica numa região fora da área turística, mas é tem duas estações de metrô perto. O único senão é que o ar-condicionado central estava desligado (mês de novembro) e a janela só abre 10 cm. O quarto ficou muito abafado em alguns momentos.

Great Hotel and nice staff!

This hotel offers great value for the price. The staff was very friendly, and I arrived about four hours early before check-in. They were still able to give me my room early at no additional cost, which I really appreciated since I had a long flight. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great, if you are taking the metro , take the yellow line and get off on Llanua station which is closer than the red line. The room didn’t have a fridge in case you need one. They sometimes have live music.
